The KEVIN T. RIEDEL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was established in 2004 to honor the memory of Kevin, a referee and leader in the soccer community who passed away in an automobile accident on the way to a soccer tournament in California.

-
Active membership in the Las Cruces Soccer Referee Association
-
Graduating high school senior or current good standing enrollment in a higher education institution including professional and trade schools
-
